She realized that yoga was indispensable in her life. When she discovered the differences of yoga in her body, mind and soul, she completed the 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Product Kurti\u00e7 Basic Yoga Specialization Program. At the same time, she has focused her Yin Mentorship Program with Seda Hantal on Yin Yoga Specialization, which enables working on tissues. She followed Richard Freeman&#8217;s workshops in Istanbul and had the chance to attend the workshops of Patricia Walden and Natasha Rizopiulos in Boston. She has participated in workshops by yoga notables such as Hamish Hendry, Chuck Miller, Michael Saunders and Hart Lazer. She attended \u00dcr\u00fcn Kurti\u00e7&#8217;s workshops on yoga philosophy, vinyasa krama, bandhas and abdominal strength, waist health and flexibility.
